A Golden Paw goes out to Grisl Scouts of Greater Chicago and NW Indinan Troop 70121 for raising $200.00 to help the animals at the TLC Animal Shelter.  This money will help with vet bills on the animals.  Thank you girls for a great job and such a generous gift, it will certainly help out

We wish to award a Golden Paw to Shea Vance pictured on the right.  Shea has held Christmas parties at her home and invited her friends to celebrate.  In return she requested that each friend bring something for the animals at TLC .  Thank you so much!

We want to award a Golden Paw to Makayla Garrabarnt for making goodies bags for the dogs and cats.  Makayla has done this several times over the years and we really appreciate it!

Golden Paw Award goes out to Kiah Jurgens, Tess Diamond and Shane Haas of St. Dennis School and also Lani Decicco. We also want to give a big round of applause to Hadley School for the school wide supply drive they held

For their great project at St. Dennis School 7th graders Kiah Jurgens, Tess Diamond and Shane Haas sold ice cream sandwiches at lunch!  The trio made $344.00 to help the animals at TLC.  Thank you ever so much!

 We also want to give a big round of appause to Hadley Middle School in Homer Glen.  They had a school wide supply and food drive for the shelter.  We want to thank the teachers and faculty for their caring and generosity!

This weeks video star is Smokey an adorable mixed Russian Blue Kitten. 

Ten year old Lauryn Grothe was our assistant to do this video so enjoy!

We also want to thank Lauryn who in lieu of  presents for her 10th birthday asked for things for the animals.  Lauryn contributed $120.00 plus numerous supplies.

A Golden Paw goes out to Girl Scout Troop 523 from Lockport who brought in a bunch of food and supplies. They really made a haul!

Golden Paw awarded to 4th - 6th grade Nelson Ridge School

The 4th through 6th grade at Nelson Ridge Middle School in New Lenox donated a bunch of supplies for the shelter.  The student council held a drive and here are their names: Tommy Denniger, Connor Blair, Briana Alvarado, Lizzy Buehler, Eric Ullian, Drew Dalton, Aaron Kazda. Golden Paws to each of you!

Golden Paw awarded to Students of the Month

A Golden Paw Award goes out to 4 Lemont High School students who were named Student of the Month for all of their hard work. In honor of their achievement, Mr. Grcevic at Lemont HS donated to non-profit organizations of the students choice. These 4 students all named TLC, and $100.00 was donated on their behalf. The students are Brian Hostert, Alena Pranckevicius, Angelica Kociolek, Gianna Letizia.

Golden Paw awarded to Troop 201 and Troop 262

The Scouts in Troop 201 and Troop 262 from Homer Glen and Lockport donated lots of supplies and $10.00. They are awarded a Golden Paw for helping the animals.

Cassidy had her own lemonade stand to raise money for Chasey's Heartworm treatment. She raised $13.75. Chasey says THANK YOU!

Here's a Golden Paw for the Teens who participated in the Lemont Library read-In on Saturday April 16th. They raised $442.00!

Golden Paw awarded to Melissa Yozze

Melissa Yozze held another prom garter mission to raise money for TLC.  She makes the garters and the kids from Lemont High School that were going to Prom buy them.  This year $175.00 was raised.
