They look at you as you walk by pleading

Look at that face and imagine yourself in that same situation....just hoping that someone nice comes along and want to adopt you and give you a loving home.  Please take a second look and give these deserving cats and dogs a chance, in return they will reward you with love and devotion beyond compare!

Giving Tuesday, please consider donating especially during these hard times

Our Giving Tuesday Video shows you the joy adoption brought families and animals that were in need of loving forever homes together. Click on the picture to watch the video full view to see our Giving Tuesday video. Even through all this COVID-19 we are still trying to help animals in need, while still protecting the staff and everyone around us. All these adoptions happened this weekend (everyone had their masks but some pulled them down just for the picture) We couldn't have done this without your donations. Please help on this international giving Tuesday. We may be a small organization but we help over 3,000 animals a year a fact we are very proud of. Your gift will make an important difference, thank you for your caring and generosity.  Thank you very much!

COVID ADOPTION PROTOCAL

Please note during these COVID times we are limiting the number of people in the shelter at a time. We are asking that masks be worn inside. We request that only adults that will be signing the adoption contract come inside, no children or teens please (please have a responsible adult stay with the children while you are inside looking) We can bring a dog outside for the entire family to view, plenty of open space for that. We will make exceptions for a cat or kitten and allow a family into the getting to know you room after the adult in the family has chosen a particular cat/kitten they think will work for their family. There are hand sanitizers throughout the shelter for your use. I know it is not fun waiting in line to see the animals, but remember this has all been extremely trying for our staff these past several months. Thank you for understanding, we are just trying to keep everyone involved safe. By observing this protocol we have been able to remain  open while keeping potential adopters and our staff safe while being able to save 1,500 animals lives during this period. Thank you
