Dogs and puppies arriving Saturday August 27th

There is a transport of several dogs and pups and a cat arriving Saturday 8/27 from shelters where their time is up. ETA 2:15

Golden Paw awarded to Lemont Library Teens

Here's a Golden Paw for the Teens who participated in the Lemont Library read-In on Saturday April 16th. They raised $442.00!

Golden Paw awarded to Melissa Yozze

Melissa Yozze held another prom garter mission to raise money for TLC. She makes the garters and the kids from Lemont High School that were going to Prom buy them. This year $175.00 was raised.

In 2011 TLC proudly marked its 37-year milestone of serving the community and providing a safe haven for homeless, abused, and abandoned animals. TLC started from humble beginnings, but today boasts of a beautiful shelter that provides care for an average of 3,000 animals a year. Although the majority of animals TLC helps are made up of dogs and cats, we help any animal in need, including birds, reptiles, rodents, livestock and wildlife. TLC is a not for profit organization run entirely on contributions, and various fundraisers that are held throughout the year, to enable us to provide the care needed for these animals. We are grateful to all of our contributors and our hard working volunteers for helping raise the money to do all of this.
