21st Annual James Endebak Memorial Car Wash for TLC

With the threat of severe rain the Endebak Family and Friends did not let that dampen their spirit. Their annual car wash to benefit the TLC Animal Shelter, went on. The event started 21 years ago by James Endebak continues in his memory to help homeless animals, something he strongly believed in.

Every year there are pets and yes children too who die because they are unable to get out of a vehicle that becomes an inferno

Every year tragedy strikes because of a child or pet that has been locked in a hot car.  I know you were going into the store for a just a few minutes but it doesn't take long for your vehicle to become an inferno.  If you don't believe it get in your vehicle park it in the sun, make sure all of the windows are rolled up and see how long you can stand it.  You can open the door and get out, but babies, very young children and pets are unable to get out of the oven they are trapped in.

They look at you as you walk by pleading

Look at that face and imagine yourself in that same situation....just hoping that someone nice comes along and want to adopt you and give you a loving home.  Please take a second look and give these deserving cats and dogs a chance, in return they will reward you with love and devotion beyond compare!

Giving Tuesday, please consider donating especially during these hard times

Our Giving Tuesday Video shows you the joy adoption brought families and animals that were in need of loving forever homes together. Click on the picture to watch the video full view to see our Giving Tuesday video. Even through all this COVID-19 we are still trying to help animals in need, while still protecting the staff and everyone around us. All these adoptions happened this weekend (everyone had their masks but some pulled them down just for the picture) We couldn't have done this without your donations. Please help on this international giving Tuesday. We may be a small organization but we help over 3,000 animals a year a fact we are very proud of. Your gift will make an important difference, thank you for your caring and generosity.  Thank you very much!
