We adopted Ginger November of 2006 for our daughter's birthday present of a life time!! (<< My daughter's writing).
We originally went to TLC just to look. When we go there, we took out Ginger and she was temperamental - she had spastic fits of energy and then slowed down. At first we thought she wasn't a good match but our daughter was pretty insistent about wanting Ginger. Guess which dog ended up going home with us? Yes you guessed it Ginger did!!! Our daughter begged again and we thought, well this is her dog...and ended up adopting her!
As it turned out, my daughter was right. Ginger has turned out to be a great family pet. She loves taking walks around the neighborhood and is in heaven in the woods. She has been on many family vacations like in Tennessee and has been camping. Thanks for introducing us to Ginger!
